Bio
Abraham Rivera has over 27 years of experience with computers, networking, information security and digital forensics in the public and private sectors including academia. Currently Vice President, Lead Investigator for a Global Investment Bank and formerly the Executive Director of IT and Investigative Operations and law enforcement officer for the New York City Department of Investigation, his managerial and technical expertise is extensive, hands-on, and encompasses over a dozen operating systems, networks, databases and computer languages. He earned most of the major certifications in the information technology, information security and digital forensics fields. In addition, he has been teaching aggressive networking and security programs and has been performing speaking engagements at numerous institutions, organizations and conferences since 1998.
