Bio
Dr. Minyoung Ku is an Assistant Professor of Public Management. She received her doctorate in public administration and policy from the University at Albany, SUNY and earned her MPA and BA in Public Administration from Sungkyunkwan University in Seoul, South Korea. Before joining the faculty at John Jay in August of 2017, she completed a postdoctoral position at the University at Albany, SUNY Center for Technology in Government. Dr. Ku's research focuses on information and knowledge management in the public sector and its impact on society, including organizational learning, technology adoption in the public sector, public-sector data management, and data-driven decision making in government.
