Bio
Frank Chen is the Research & Publications Director at the Association of Inspectors General (AIG) and Lecturer for the Department of Public Management at John Jay College of Criminal Justice (JJC). His research interests focuses on discontinued oversight offices/offices of inspectors general (OIGs), jurisdictions without OIGs, international OIGs, and how inspectors general "add value" to the governments and agencies that they monitor.
